Audio can be tricky.One setting can stop things.I got no audio out of this on Windows Vista 64.I couldn't find a model number that would allow me to google manufacturers information or usenet type information.

It definitely works as advertised as this is the second one I have purchased (plus I got another as a spare). The first one lasted until it met with thehardwood floor from about 3 feet up. The only thing that's not too great is that it scratches kind of easily if you keep it in a case a lot (at least it does in mine). But I use it for work so I guess it's understandable. Other than that though, excellent product!
