Targus AMB04US Optical Bluetooth Laptop Mouse (Gray/Black) Review

This mouse ended up winning by a mile, compared to three others I actually also have used and still own:

* Logitech V470: also a decent choice, but not as smooth as the Targus, and not as consistent in retaining the Bluetooth connection. I use this on my other Mac.

* Microsoft Bluetooth5000: nice looks, but too stubby, and scroll wheel is way too loud, and jarring in use. Very unsmooth. Currently sitting in a drawer.

* Apple Mighty Mouse (with tiny scroll ball): great mouse, for about 6 months. Scroll wheel is really addictive, until it stops working due to to dirt and dust. Cleaning this thing is nigh impossible - Apple's tutorial video and instructions notwithstanding. This mouse is ridiculous once you have a problem. I had to replace this mouse on ALL our Macs.

Accepting that different things matter to different people, let me try to tell you why this mouse beats the other three for me:
+ it works really well: scroll wheel is very smooth, quiet and fast. Best alternative to Mighty Mouse if you like that one (and when it stops working for you)
+ has a low profile, sits low on desk
+ it worked right away, no pairing issues
+ cross platform (Mac, PC)
+ it's cheap (not important to me, but still)

I wish that those reviewers with bluetooth issues would mention their PC hardware, as Bluetooth implementation among most Windows computers is an afterthought and not well implemented. Which is why almost all Windows-only cordless mice use a separate transmitter you need to plug into a USB port.

If your bluetooth PC hardware is good, or if you have a Mac and need to replace your Mighty Mouse (wireless or wired) you will like this mouse. Recommended!

Apple iPad Data Sync & Charging Cable for USB - White Review

Do not, repeat, do not buy this.It is NOT Compatible with Ipad.

After hooking up my desktop to my Ipad using this cable it just kept making a sync sound.Called Apple support, told that the cable I purchased is 1)defective or 2) must be an unauthorized cable and is not compatible with IPAD AND if I continue to use it, it will void my warranty.

HP Floppy disk drive - USB ( DC361B ) Review

The item was sent promptly and was well-wrapped. It would have been nice to get some written instructions as to how the device connects to the hardware and interacts with the software. While it might seem self-evident, in reality the interaction between the floppy disk drive and the computer hardware and software took some fiddling around before it could be made operable. Why is providing complete, literate and accurate instructions with technology devices such a difficult task?

USB LED Light Silver Review
